Just say something along the lines of "Change is everywhere being some good and some bad. I think it is very important to recognize what works your yourself. Sometimes same old same old gets the job done, but i try to be open to new suggestions and love trying new things. So depending on how the effects of the change are on myself and others i go into the situation with my eyes and ears open and a positive attitude.
